1. Zero Personal Data Collection (Information We Do NOT Collect)
The Wardroom does not require you to create an account, log in, or provide any personal details. Specifically, we do not collect:
• Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as your legal name, DoD ID number, rank, or official email address.
• Biometric information or device hardware identifiers (IDFA/IDFV).
• Real-time background GPS tracking coordinates.
• Financial, credit card, or payment data (all book purchases occur externally on the Amazon Kindle storefront).
2. On-Device Local Data Storage
All user progress, completed qualification milestone checkboxes, book reading statuses, and local interface settings (including ADA accessibility toggles and light/dark mode) are stored strictly on your local device (via Android app private sandbox storage and WebView localStorage).
This data never leaves your device and can be permanently erased by you at any time using the "Erase All Local Data" button within the application.
